This special edition of Saison d’Erpe Mere is blended with a portion of Aecht Schlenkerla Maerzen and is brewed using artesian water, barley and wheat malts, Belgian candy sugar, hops, and yeast. The result is a smoky, dry, hoppy, fruity, and slightly veiled beer.
