The name "Rooftop Red Lager" gets its inspiration from Paul Kelly’s ’From a 727’ where he sings about looking over the roofs of Sydney from a plane. Rooftop is a smooth, easy drinking beer that has a deep, natural red hue, derived from the use of some top grade specialty malts (cara-red and melanoidin). Rooftop is packed with toffee, nut and caramel flavours with a lovely spicy hop note that makes it very ’sessionable’.
