A classic Belgian style, named after the owner’s daughter and made with Franco-Belges pilsener malt, wheat, and traditional sugar. This slightly hazy, golden brew was fermented with our in-house Belgian yeast strain offering a plethora of flavors that include banana, light clove and other pleasantly spicy phenols.
