Home Honey I’m High is one of our winter specialty bers. It is a Maibock with Coriander in the boil, fresh Ginger in the Hopback and Orange Blossom honey used for a secondary fermentation. Big Orange nose with a nice balance of Ginger for spice. In 2007 the recipe was changed to use Blackberry Honey.
