Our first summer seasonal comes in at 4.2%. Winning bronze at the tuckers beer festival in our year of opening in 2007. Do not be fooled by the name, it is not as sweet as it sounds. The Bees Knees boasts a very unique pallet which is greatly due to ‘just the right amount’ of Mexican Orange Blossom Honey added to the cask at racking. This not only preserve the slight honey after-taste that makes this beer stand out, it adds to the secondary fermentation. Which in turn gives brilliant conditioning. The Golding hops accompany the orange characteristic given by the honey, making this a bitter with a fruity twist to it.
