Mosaic is the first in our new series: "Hops Don’t Suck!" IPA. This beer has a great big grapefruit character with a dank finish. This is certainly a beer with west coast roots. We use all the best west coast "C" hops - Colombus, Centennial, Cascade as the base and dry hop it heavily with Mosaic.
