Meet our Single Series, a single batch brew created by the fellas in the brew house ; only 800 litres. This allowed them to experiment with new ingredients, unleash their curiosity and creative talents.
Our head brewer Nick handed over creative command to our two Assistant Brewers. Shannon & Matt teamed up for the first time ever to create a very refreshing IPA.
The Two Kooks IPA, stone fruit and tropical aromatics upfront and a straw coloured body. A cleansing bitter finish created by a big and bold hop profile follows the subtle malt driven sweetness. Overall, this beer is well balanced and the to the "West Coast IPA" style.
