Ichthyosaur “Icky” IPA slept in heaven hill bourbon barrels for ten months and the result is a sweet caramel treat with big features of vanilla, coconut, and whiskey. The hop aroma and bitterness normally found in icky mellowed out to give way to a bit of alcohol warmth that lingers gently.
