A bright, tart gose dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Refreshingly tart, with a hint of sea salt. The tartness emphasizes the hops while the sea salt brings forward citrus and tropical flavors. Perfect when you can’t decide between a hoppy beer and a sour.

This beer seemed to obvious not to make. If fresh IPAs taste best, why wouldn’t a fresh dry hopped sour? Juicy Citra and Mosaic hops are balanced with a dash of sea salt and a refreshing tartness.
