Wild Spaniard Pils is a premium 5% lager that’s been designed to showcase New Zealand’s best hops against a background of soft, clean malt. The discerning beer drinker will recognise a Czech Pilsner influence, which is entirely intentional. Both bittering and aromatic hops are used, and the technique of “late hopping” using Hallertau and Green Bullet hops gives the beer its floral and spicy aroma.
