In celebration of the Carolina Brewery’s 10th year, we are proud to roll out our Anniversary Ale brewed in the style of the Trappist Monks of Europe. It is malty and refreshing with a light hop addition for minimum bitterness. By using traditional Belgian malts and yeast, this beer has its own unique aromatic qualities. Since much of its flavor is derived from the authentic yeast strain it is gently filtered to prevent the delicate flavors from being stripped away. As is the custom in Belgium and the Netherlands, a touch of dried orange, cumin and coriander is added to round out the flavor.
