We brew this fresh flavoured beer with some floral aromas to celebrate the coming of Spring to Tongham. Traditional malted barley forms the base notes to which we add local Hampton Estate Fuggles hops at three stages in the copper boil to give the wonderful gentle floral aroma and flavour. At 4% abv, this is a perfect beer with which to sit in the garden and enjoy the lengthening evenings.
