An easy drinking stout that has a dark, rich, and silky body with a thick dense head. A dry Irish Stout, poured through a nitrogen tap takes a while longer to pour but is well worth the wait, imparting aromas of dark roast coffee and chocolate with a mild, smooth, and slightly roasted bitter balance.
