Inspired by southern German Dunkelweizen, this is first time we’ve made this style of beer, Brown colored, it has caramel notes along with the distinctive banana and clove flavors imparted by the Bavarian ale yeast. A significant portion of malted wheat provides a lightness of palate to this unique brew.
