Murray’s Sassy Blonde is believed to be he only beer of its kind brewed in the southern hemisphere. The style is generally only found in Belgium (a Belgium Pale Ale). A deep, golden colour with a tight, off-white head, Murray’s Sassy Blonde has a spicy-orange flavour and aroma, with hints of toasty/biscuity malt and finishing with restrained bitterness. The unique characteristics of this beer are derived from a distinctive Belgian yeast and imported Styrian Golding hops. With a moderate alcohol content of 4.5% alc/vol, Graeme recommends Murray’s Sassy Blonde as an excellent accompaniment to seafood.
