This is a black IPA. We used a wicked load of hop to make this brew. Hops used were Summit Dwarf, a very new and exciting variety, along with Amarillo, also new and very hard to come by. This cask brew has also been dry hopped with fresh Amarillo hops. To get the black color we "farbe malted" roasted barley in the sparge process to extract only the color an leave the dark flavors behind. This brew is gonna move fast, just like a hockey puck. A great beer for banging off the pipes too.
