Mr. Ken's Winter Warmer co-ferments cabernet sauvignon grape juice, making up 15% of the fermentable sugars, with malted barley to give a unique winter ale flavor unlike any you've tried before. Cinnamon, clove, sweet orange peel, brown sugar, belgian rock candi and milk sugar were added to balance the tannins from the cabernet and give a rich lingering complex flavor.
