Abbey Blonde We have endeavored to produce an Abbey Blonde ale in the Belgian tradition. Brewed with imported malt, hops, and cane sugar, our Belgian yeast blend produced a spicy, floral, perfumy beer with a dry finish. Pepper, rosehips, and sage come to mind.
