This beer is our summer ale. It is a twist on the Belgian Wit. It is brewed with German wheat and English oats. Curacao bitter orange peel has been added for personality. This beer is somewhat higher in alcohol and has an apparent light body. This ale has a barely detectable level of hops in bitterness, flavor and aroma.
