Bull Creek Brown Ale is a medium bodied brown ale with a nuttiness from the Brown malt used in the mash. A subtle caramel note from the Crystal malt and a subtle chocolate/roasty flavor from the Chocolate malt balance the overall malt profile. The malt profile is balanced by a significant but not overwhelming cascade hop finish. 2017 GABF Gold, 2003 GABF Bronze.
