International IPA is brewed with a selection of six hops from three countries and as much malt as will fit in the tun, for a deep, complex hop character that is offset nicely with mild, yet rich caramel malts. There are 2 German, 2 British and 2 American varieties added to the boil, and then four of those styles added again, after fermentation, as "Dry Hops".
