IPA’s were born out of necessity, while England was colonizing India. The long trip to India found the troops with spoiled beer. Brewing a beer with higher alcohol, and hop contents aided in preserving the beer, making all the troops happy on their long voyage. Our IPA is true to style using all English grains, and hops, providing a full bodied beer, with a strong hop finish.
