The perfect festive ale, deep ruby red, rich malt characters and moderately hopped with Glacier, our Red Admiral offers hints of plums, raisins, soft stewed fruits, and the flavours are evocative of a rich plum pudding covered in treacle. We think that Red Admiral will mature and improve over the coming years, developing richer flavours and even more balance.
