Beat the heat of summer with a crisp, clean Pilsner. This is the first true lager we've produced at Milly's in many years. A long, cool fermentation produces a beer that is exceptionally dry and thirst quenching. Our recipe is based on pilsners produced by the breweries along the Rhine River in northern Germany. The aroma is dominated by noble Hallertau hops and light, bready yeast. O.G.: 1.043 F.G.: 1.007 ABV%: 4.7 I.B.U.: 30
