The Schörebräu hell is a bottom-fermented lager with 4,8-5% alcohol (12.5% Stw). It is bright with barley malt (about 17kg/hl) brewed, which gives the beer a slight Malznote. The addition of our fine aroma hops (about 170g/hl) produces a very fine and pleasant bitter.
