Virgin Blonde is the first organic offering from our newly certified brewery. It is a premium low-carb, blonde (it is pale) lager, made from lightly roasted barley, that has been grown in virgin soil, without the use of pesticides and herbicides. The grain hasn’t been fumigated (as is normally the case) and the brewing process is independently certified free from chemical additions. This beer has no sugar added in production, and does not contain any of the following processing aids usually used in mainstream brewing.
