Kooinda Boutique Brewery currently produces 400 litre batches of Hand Crafted Pale Ale using only the freshest available Hops, Barley & Yeast. The Ale is brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, which states that only malt, water, yeast and hops can be used in brewing. Our beer is non-filtered and contains no artificial preservatives. Kooinda Pale Ale 4.7%, is a full bodied brew with a copper hue and hints of citrus in its aroma. The ale combines 3 specialty malts and finishes with a touch of bitterness on the palate. Kooinda hope to produce a Porter and Fruit beer in the near future.
