I have been a homebrewer for 20 years, so relax, don’t worry, and have whatever you want! I am now a very competent sake brewer, though I have experience with wines, beers, meads, and 8 million other things - but Sake is my passion at the moment...
I also maintain a constant source of Lambic, as a blended beast of eternally youthful mouthfuls. Yum!
