I am a beer snob...searching for different presentations of all different styles of beer, hand-crafted from the finest have to offer. I enjoy any beer that was created from the heart and soul of any brewmaster that seeks to proliferate the craft itself, and preserve the history of where it came from. My philosophy is to rate beer on it’s genereal quality of itself and to compare it to what I would drink. I do not compare lagers to ales...nor pale ales to brown ales or dunkels to schwarzbiers...but I will tell you what I would drink over the other. Overall...to each their own of course, but lets share in a beer and talk about it...we will become better artisans ourselves for it. [ less ]
