I’m a really simple, beer loving chick. I don’t have the greatest wealth of Belgian knowledge, and I don’t make my own craft brews. I simply love beer in (nearly) all it’s forms. I think it’s awesome to pass a glass of really unique beer around a table of good friends, but I also can have just as much fun slamming a can of Bud 55 during a drinking game. I detest beer snobs that will turn their nose up at you just because your six pack didn’t cost twenty bucks. To me, drinking beer is a matter of personal preference. And if your taste buds tell you PBR is the shit, then crack open a can and come sit by me. That being said, I love trying new beers. And it’s literally a facet of my job to have beer knowledge.
