Youre right. 5 years ago I thought west coast IPAs were far better then anything local to me but now I dont. What Im saying is now i think New England IPAs are the best Ive had in general. I dont care...

I also know that he switched to a wine yeast for higher abv dark beers due in part to carbonation issues with Birth of Tragedy. Im not sure what he has done with the saisons/wilds.
