Calling a beer a kolsch because you use kolsch yeast isnít innovation. The beer is a light stout and a good one at that.

Edit: Thatís like calling Cartonís Boat Beer an IPA style kolsch.

My store has sold all of our allotment, but we released them on Black Friday and people grabbed up anything on the shelves they even thought was remotely rare.

I probably rate locals a .1 or .2 higher, but they also tend to be fresher and a little bit cheaper than competitors.

I love adding information as to where I tasted the beer as well as rating. I donít give a hoot who has added the most beers to the map or etc though. That seems to go against the spirit of it to begin...

Yeah, me too. Iím not sure why mayorships even matter. Theyíre sort of buried and mean nothing in the long run.

I wonder how those who hate malty IPAs feel about American Barleywines.

With that said, give me the fresh malty IPA/IIPA. Maharaja and Hop Devil are great beers.
