Started brewing in 2002. Member of Canadian Amateur Brewer Association (CABA) and MontreAlers homebrewing club. Won few medals at both local and Canadian competitions. Always been a huge beer fan. Traveled a bit (but not enough yet!) in quest for the best beer that world have to offer. I had the chance to travel quite a lot here and there in Europe visiting breweries: Pilsner Urquell in Plzen (Czech Republic),
Guinness in Dublin (Ireland), Heineken in Amsterdam (Nederlands), Cantillon in
Brussels (Belgium), etc... (to name a few). I also attended the Oktoberfest in Munich
6 years in a row and been to the Great British Beer Festival twice. I also attended the 2 editions of the Mondial de la Bière Europe in Strasbourg. I am truly passionate not only about brewing but, also, about beers in general. Living
in Europe is truly interesting with regards to "beer traveling" and "pub crawling". It’s
always nice to leave the weekend for a short pub crawl in Dublin or London or even
Prague or Brussels. I Like to hang in BrewPubs of the world. Favorite beer styles includes (but are not limited too): Bohemian Pilsner, India Pale Ale, Dry Stout, Belgium Gueuze, English Ale, Altbier, ...
