I grew up with my grandfather teching me about bootlegging, moonshining, and brewing. The last 4 years I was in charge of a 60 million gallon per year Ethanol plant. Essentially 200p moonshine. I have always wanted to get into the craft beer industry. I was given that chance in January of 2012 with a the Head Cellarman position at Tallgrass Brewing Co. in Manhattan, KS
