I do not like ipa/dipa/any overly hopped beer - I prefer: lambics/wild ales/imperial stouts/wine and brandy barrel aged beers/vintage beers(ones that are meant to be aged.. and/or age gracefully) - All beers listed in my cellar are open for trade
