If it’s burnt rubber, rather than nail polish remover, then it’s probably autolysis. Also wouldn’t be surprising in a Struise beer.

As much as I don’t like Oliver’s beers... he definitely knows what he’s talking about when it comes to food and beer pairings. If only he was a good brewer too.
