When drinking beer, drink only those you hold with high regard. For me, a certified hophead that would essentially include Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA, Stone IPA, Hop Devil, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and an assortment of others way too numerous to list. My favorite hops, look no further than the US northwest. Mine are all found there.
