Dig the classics--Schneider, Franziskaner, Ayinger. All good. Dig a bunch of locals, too. Itís a style that does show much, much better fresh.
But my favorite is one of the locals...

Hearing the brewer explain where the idea came from for the beer and how the recipe, brew, ferment, and treatments (if any) all went down can help you notice more details you might have missed...
