1. It’s all about the season, or the food - there’s a perfect time for every style of beer(including pale lagers) 2. Unless it’s Smoke Beer, then it just sucks. 3. Beer is alot like food: flavours must work together,not overwhelm. 4. Microbrews may have a stronger chance of being more fresh, but they still could suck (see #3). 5. Too many "beer" critics love words and not beer. I don’t want adjectives, I just want to drink a great beer.
