"Always leave an empty beer glass...." This is actually what my husband told me after introducing me to the world of beer and brewing and I stick to it. Hated the smell of beer in the brew kettle (way back in 89)....and now, I even help with the grain crushing. The only drawback is trying to find beers that I haven’t tried, but I certainly enjoy the search. Cheers!
