I know I am going to like a beer when I pour it into a glass, hold it up to a light and am un-able to see my hand on the other side. Give me an Imperial Stout with lots of delicious sediment, the taste of alcohol underneath it all, and I’m a happy man! Darkhorse Imperial Stout.
