I never met beer until I was into my 20’s: nobody in my house drank it! Then I went to England, tried some pub ale and some good scotch, and it’s been downhill ever since. I’m kind of fussy about what I like, and perhaps my palate isn’t "sophisticated", but I still will share my opinion with anyone who will listen (even if sometimes they listen unwillingly! I’m a teacher:)
