I just love the moment of opening a new brew and watch it fill the glass, the first sniff and 3 deep sips..... Sometimes I look at my ratings, I arrange them by "my rating" and I wonder If I would really picked this particular one over another? Sometimes I say NO and I do not know why I rated one over another. So it must have just been the moment. Ambience, company, my health condition and so on. Every beer I rated over 3 is worth buying and drinking. Some in smaller quantities as a dessert, other in larger quantities as "never too much of the good sh*t" [ less ]
