I love Porters and Imperial Stouts,I go for taste.I do not like loads of hops in a beer.Hops should only be used to balance the sweets malts, not to over power the brew with bitterness.I hate dry hops in beer the most.Give the hops to the frogs and rabbits.I like the taste of sweet malts ,roasted dark chocolate or carmelized.I like Scottish wee heavy ales and Medium hopped Belgium dubble ales .American breweries are on this hops bandwagon,and I am getting sick of it.Long Live the first stout ever brewed-Guinness!!!
