There canít be more than like 10-20 bottles in private existence....Iíd imagine. I bet alot of them are just centerpieces in private collections and not anything the owners are looking to trade. If so...

Where does/did Fantome yeast come from? I assume Dany collects residue from the floors, ceiling and walls of the brewery and pitches that ;-)

Good discussion thus far! It is a good point, that Dupont is a very, very far cry from a 2.5-4% light session beer meant to feed the farm workers....

I think alot of these "saisons" get put in the Saison style because they either say "Farmhouse ale" or "Saison" in the name and/or commercial description and so the peopl...
