I love BEER!!! Although, you probably could have guessed that since I’m a member of ratebeer.com. Funky Belgians, strong IPA’s, interesting stouts. Whatever you’re serving, I’ll enjoy. Some of my favorites are Stone Brewing’s Arrogant Bastard and Russian Imperial Stout, Rochefort Trappist 10 and 12, Dogfish Head’s Santo Paulo Merron, nearly everything from Troeg (f!#! off, they’re local), Great Divide’s Hercules Double IPA (my favorite IPA, btw) and Traquair Jacobite Ale.
