The box included a Dominion Winter Brew, Southampton 10th Anniversary Old Ale, Legend Imperial Stout, and a Victory Moonglow Weizenbock. | May 2008 | Ibrew2or3 | OSLO sent a BM asking about some mead and if I’d be interested in a trade. Yep. The trade escalated to a fever pitch when he offered up a Surly Darkness!!!!!(!!!). WOW! The package arrived in bullet proof form containing Darkness and bonuses of Surly Bitter Brewer (very cool), Struise Mikkeller Elliot(yummm) and Big Sky IPA (double yum). I still can’t believe what he did, gifting me a bottle of something so absolutely rare and difficult to find. His generosity is unmeasured, and I’ve promised myself to make it up to him some day. Not sure that I want to say what he shipped me, but it is stellar. |
