I used to hate Ale because my first ales were too bitter. Then I slowly discovered the wide variation of malt, and yeast flavors that these beers also have to offer. Not only have I become an ale drinker now, but I have grown to enjoy the hoppy bitterness of a good IPA as well. And of course, I am always game for a Stout. You won’t likely catch me drinking lager though.
