I donít think my palate can detect diacetyl. Even when much more experienced tasters (BJCP judges & trusted brewers) point it out, I canít seem to pick it up. Not sure if this is structural ...

Oh, there are very few non-Turkish ticks in Turkey. Only things like Carlsburg, Amstel, Heineken. In Adana (my usual destination), far from Istanbul, there is one Belgian pub.
