I evolved. Started I think where everyone starts, drinking crap like Bud Light and the like. Eventually went to Guinness, and other Irish stout beer, as my heritage dictates I should like. I love stout. But have re-discovered IPA, which my father tried to get me to drink after I turned 21, but couldnt handle the hoppiness. Now I really enjoy it. I try to get a different IPA just about every week. Always willing to try something new.
